FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What size do I need?
Ring Magic ring safety bands are available in three sizes, which correspond to standard ring sizes. If you are not sure what your ring size is, there are several resources online that you can consult, such as Find My Ring Size.
Our small fits ring sizes 3 to 6, our medium fits ring sizes 5 to 9 and our large fits ring sizes 7 to 12. No two hands are alike, so there is some overlap in our sizing. If you have an issue, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you are wearing Ring Magic ring safety bands, the fit will be snug but not tight. If at any time you feel pain or loss of sensation, remove the band immediately. You may require one size up.
How long can I wear my ring safety band?
Ring Magic ring safety bands can be safely worn all day, from the time you hit the office at the crack of dawn all the way to the end of your evening—whenever that may be.
We do not recommend wearing jewelry overnight; remove your ring safety band when you take your rings off at night.
How long do the ring safety bands last?
Each band should last for up to a month of daily use. Exposure to harsh cleaners or abrasive materials will reduce the safety bands’ durability.
To get maximum use out of your safety band, follow the simple care instructions: wash with soap and water, and don’t leave unused bands in direct sunlight.
Can I use Ring Magic with any ring?
Ring Magic is designed for use with fine jewelry.
The ring safety bands can also be used with costume jewelry or fashion jewelry (like what you would find at Forever 21 or Claire’s), but the metal plating of these rings can flake off and corrode the band at a faster rate.
How strong are the safety bands?
Strong enough to let you wear your rings without worry. It’s estimated that 1 in 5 women have misplaced diamond rings—some rings have simply slipped off and been lost forever. We’re here to help you prevent that.
We make Ring Magic ring safety bands out of a medical grade silicone that is ten times as strong as necessary.
